Legal Disclaimer and Privacy Policy
Legal Disclaimer
Welcome! By accessing or using our pediatric telemedicine and prenatal consultation
services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Legal
Disclaimer. Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using our services.
Medical Disclaimer
The telemedicine services provided by Dra. Wisco LLC are designed to offer medical advice,
diagnosis, and treatment through virtual consultations. However, telemedicine has inherent
limitations and may not be appropriate in all situations. Our services should complement,
not replace, in-person medical evaluations, particularly for complex or emergency medical
conditions.
If you or your child are experiencing a medical emergency or require urgent care, please
contact emergency services immediately, as telemedicine is not suitable for emergency
situations.
Our services are specifically tailored for pediatric patients and prenatal consultations and
are available only to patients located within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico. Patients must be
present during the consultation and accompanied by their legal guardian or a person with
parental authority.
Limitation of Liability
Dra. Wisco LLC, its employees, agents, or affiliates, will not be held liable for any damages,
injuries, or losses that may result from the use of our telemedicine services, including but
not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that telemedicine has limitations and
that the healthcare provider may be unable to diagnose conditions without a physical
examination. Dra. Wisco LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of
any information provided through our services.

This Legal Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any
disputes arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto
